In partnership with Contagious, we’ll be sharing the results of our global proprietary research study and why we believe the next wave of brand innovation will focus on relationship design: everything that happens after the moment of purchase. This one-time live event on Thursday, January 28 at 2 p.m. EST will uncover the truths and principles for successful post-purchase experiences, along with the strategies long-term relationship building.
