At the top of 2020, we started looking into what makes customers want to buy into the same brand, product or service more than once. So we conducted an extensive global research study to reveal the truth about post-purchase across 9 markets in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

In examining what makes a successful post-purchase experience, we uncovered large amounts of buyer’s remorse. That’s a lot of money left on the table for companies.

In partnership with Contagious, we’ll be sharing the results of our global proprietary research study and why we believe the next wave of brand innovation will focus on relationship design: everything that happens after the moment of purchase. This one-time live event on Thursday, January 28 at 2 p.m. EST will uncover the truths and principles for successful post-purchase experiences, along with the strategies long-term relationship building.

We’ll also be joined by a panel moderated by Contagious Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer Paul Kemp-Robertson, and with inspirational panelists who will be announced in early January.
