Why do we procrastinate? How can we change this behaviour? Learn more in this online workshop. UAL students only.
This workshop will allow you to learn more about what procrastination is. You will be invited to explore your experience of procrastination. Techniques for challenging and breaking the cycle of procrastination will be shared.
In particular, we will explore how perfectionism and low self-esteem can feed unhealthy procrastination habits.
This workshop is for UAL students who struggle with procrastination in their academic work or other aspects of life.
Wednesday 23 November, 2pm - 4pm. Online.
