Support internal teams to digitise and process patterns.
Manage digital pattern printing capabilities to enhance efficiency.
Create and maintain digital avatar libraries for menswear, womenswear, and childrenswear.
Develop 3D assets to improve garment fit and print engineering.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance ways of working through 3D integration.
Champion 3D adoption by creating and managing internal training materials and external training support.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure excellence.
A background in digital pattern cutting and 3D, with proficiency in Lectra Modaris, CLO3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to digitise patterns and build refined 3D assets in CLO3D.
Knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing methods.
Experience managing supply chain relationships with external vendors.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and under high pressure to deliver on tight deadlines.
