As an Associate Account Director, you will drive revenue and grow digital business across the Beauty Industry organisation. A key component of the Associate Director role will be ideating, selling, negotiating, and delivering fully integrated enterprise-level solutions for key endemic accounts across digital, social, video, print, experiential, etc.
**This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role.**
The Role
The AAD will be responsible for RFP response/discussion and manage the day-to-day sales relationship. You will be solutions-oriented, committed and have a strong working knowledge of the digital space. Solid presentation skills, high attention to detail, enthusiastic and creative thought leadership are imperative in deciphering how to meet your client's needs and drive revenue growth.
What will you be doing?
Growing business for the Fashion team on a global level
Responsible for overall client satisfaction
Acting as day-to-day client contact for correspondence, questions, and concerns
Outlining and advising on new and innovative opportunities through client calls
Identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with key media/advertising decision-makers at all levels to generate revenue growth
Maintaining relationships with all Conde Nast markets as part of the Global organisation
Participating in client presentations
Establishing regular contact with customers to ensure their needs are met, working with the Digital Account Manager throughout execution and measuring progress to proactively address issues and develop solutions
Upselling and renewal of current campaigns/clients with new, innovative, on-strategy ideas that focus on retention and strategic growth opportunities
Collaborating with Conde Nast Creative, Marketing and Digital Solutions teams to develop and identify new and "out of the box" creative solutions to engage existing client objectives and drive new business.
Communicating campaign results to clients; representing client feedback internally to drive opportunities to better align with customer needs across future opportunities
Providing accurate and timely business reporting, revenue estimates/projections, and market analysis to develop and manage short and long-term account plans
Digital sales/account management experience, ideally with the Fashion on a global level
Excellent client communication skills
Detail oriented, great communication skills, positive attitude, and a passion for beauty
Successful history of meeting and exceeding goals for video, data, branded content, social, and programmatic
Experience with Salesforce .com, Google suite, etc
