Condé Nast is seeking a Programmatic Marketplace Account Manager to collaborate and partner with the Sales, Research, Campaign Management and Digital Media teams. You’ll help grow the programmatic performance and revenues with our Advertising partners across Western European markets.
As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will play an important role in the team as the client’s trusted advisor and champion. Working closely with Sales you will partner to develop, execute and manage complex programmatic deals driving revenue growth in the programmatic landscape. You’ll have a deep understanding of the programmatic marketplace and your client's business objectives. Utilising an analytical mindset to help shape future strategies through data driven insights and recommendations.
Be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and strategic developments of Conde Nast Programmatic Marketplace.
Partner with investment, planning, programmatic strategy and trading desks across UK agencies to develop strategies that help grow PG revenue and build agency and client relationships.
Support with internal communications for key Conde Nast stakeholders on client initiatives and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external partners on RFP strategy and responses.
Research agency and client information to better understand how to increase and deepen our relationships and deliver on programmatic growth.
Serve as both an internal and external programmatic consultant, educating clients and agencies on capabilities and best practices - supporting the growth of existing business partnerships.
Work with Category Managers to measure progress, proactively identify at-risk opportunities, and enact solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our ad products and capabilities (i.e. data, video, social, new products etc). Partner with related teams (Marketing, Yield/Inventory and Platform Strategy) in all pre-sale efforts.
Partner with Inventory to assess risk and ensure we deliver in full on contracted goals and client KPIs.
Participate in regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building productive relationships with agencies & clients.
Partner with the Global Programmatic Account Management team on best practices and day to day reporting & opportunities.
Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale pitch documentation.
Identify upsell opportunities with trading desks.
Significant experience in advertising sales and/or agency Trading desk/ programmatic planning/strategy.
Minimum of 2+ years in an ad technology or programmatic specific role; hands on familiarity with DSPs, SSPs is required.
Ad Serving software and tracking knowledge are a plus.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently and proactively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients.
Solutions oriented with a strong attention to detail.
