Your Role: Content Producer, LBC Digital
As a Content Producer you’ll transform in-studio video content into high-impact social media posts. Your expertise will make LBC a leading digital platform by crafting short-form videos that capture audience attention, spark engagement, and amplify our voice across all major social platforms. This role operates within a shift system that includes weekend work to ensure coverage of breaking news and trending content.
Video Editing & Production (65%): Edit in-studio video using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, creating high-quality, short-form clips optimised for social media platforms, with a focus on real-time posting.
Social Media Strategy (45%): Leverage expertise in social algorithms across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) to optimise reach and engagement, ensuring content aligns with platform-specific trends and formats.
Audience Engagement (25%): Develop and implement tactics to resonate with our target audience, crafting content that encourages interaction, such as likes, shares, and comments.
News Innovation (30%): Quickly respond to breaking news, enhancing LBC’s digital presence by editing videos and creating graphics to support live and in-demand content.

Adapted to the shift-based schedule, covering key content needs during weekend hours
Developed data-informed content strategies that increased audience engagement and reach
Video Editing & Production: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video software to quickly produce high-quality, platform-ready videos.
Social Media Savvy: Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, optimising content for reach and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
Creativity & Storytelling: Strong ability to identify key moments and turn them into compelling narratives that resonate with audiences.
Audience Engagement Focus: Experience creating content that drives interaction, with an understanding of audience psychology.
Data-Driven Insight: Analytical mindset to interpret social media performance data, refining content strategies based on user engagement and reach.
