Location: United Kingdom (Remote) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience) Reporting to: VP of Marketing Role Overview As the Creative Strategist you are responsible for analysing trends, leading key business proposals in pre-sale, creating client decks, collaborating with program managers on pricing and deliverables, writing creative briefs and creating treatments. Your insights and strategic contributions will play a crucial role in shaping our company's content strategy and driving successful client engagements.
Trend Analysis 📊
  • Performing detailed research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to uncover opportunities for innovative content and growth
  • Keeping an eye on competitors and industry updates to offer strategic insights and recommendations for staying ahead.
Pre-Sale Proposal Leadership 📈
  • Taking the lead in crafting compelling proposals during the pre-sale phase, incorporating insights from trend analysis, market research, and leveraging our company's capabilities to address client needs effectively
  • Creating visually appealing client decks that effectively communicate our value proposition, expertise and proposed solutions.
Collaboration with Client Services 🤝
  • Working closely with client service managers on pricing strategies and defining deliverables that match client goals and budgets
  • Providing input on market trends and competitor insights to enhance and keep program offerings competitive and relevant.
Creative Brief Writing ✍️
  • Drafting clear, detailed creative briefs that outline project objectives, target audience, messaging, and key details for the creative team
  • Ensuring briefs are actionable and inspire the creation of impactful and innovative content.
Create Treatments 📝
  • Developing compelling treatments that detail creative concepts, visual direction, and storytelling strategies for client projects
  • Embedding research, market insights, and client goals into treatments to ensure they engage the target audience and achieve objectives.
Collaboration with Paid Media Team 💼
  • Aligning closely with the Paid Media team to ensure campaign goals are met and all client KPIs are achieved
  • Strategising to maximise campaign effectiveness through targeting and optimisation for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
🌱 To thrive in this role we think you’ll need:
  • 2+ years experience in digital creative roles of ascending responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in content strategy, trend analysis, proposal creation, and client engagement within the media or technology industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals, creative briefs, and treatments
  • Familiarity with media production processes, creative development, and digital marketing principles
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software for creating client decks and visual presentations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients done.
