We are actively seeking a pioneering Creative Technologist with specialised skills in AI-driven image generation, 3D design, and professional retouching. This unique role mandates a blend of artistic flair, technical mastery, and the ability to seamlessly integrate AI, 3D, and retouching techniques to produce captivating visuals.
What does a Creative Technologist do at Hogarth? A Creative Technologist at Hogarth is positioned at the crossroads of creativity and technology. Their primary role is to harness cutting-edge technological advancements to enhance and actualise creative visions. In collaboration with the Marketing Transformation Team, as well as with designers, developers, and other stakeholders, they ensure that tech-driven solutions are utilized to amplify the essence of creative content and effectively address client requirements. Essentially, a Creative Technologist integrates innovative technological tools and methods with artistic concepts, ensuring that the end product is both technologically advanced and creatively compelling within the framework of Hogarth's commitment to delivering superior content experiences. This role has a strong focus on AI.
Key Candidate Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ideate, design, and developvisually stunning projects using a mix of AI, 3D, and retouching techniques.
  • Harness the power of AI image generation tools to create innovative visualsfor various campaigns and products.
  • Design, model, and render 3D assets that can be integrated with AI-generated imagery or used independently.
  • Expertly retouch and enhance photos, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards for both print and digital platforms.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI image generation, 3D design, and retouching techniques to ensure cutting-edge output.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to visual projects and provide solutions.
  • Stable Diffusion - highly desirable
Role Requirements:
  • AI Image Generation: Experience with AI-based image generation tools and platforms, with an understanding of underlying algorithms.
  • 3D Expertise: Proficiency in industry-leading 3D software like Blender, Maya,or Cinema 4D.
  • Retouching Skills: Mastery in retouching using software such as AdobePhotoshop, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Innovation: A knack for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling solutions by combining AI, 3D, and retouching techniques.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work seamlessly with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the ever-evolving fields of AI, 3D
  • Stable Diffusion - highly desirable
A Hybrid working model
