WHAT’S THE ROLE?
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our talented Digital Marketing team. You’ll play a crucial role in executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately enhance the success of our game campaigns.

This role can be on a hybrid working basis, which means you’ll have the opportunity to spend time working both in the studio and at home. We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to promote Frontier’s games across multiple online channels.
  • Perform the technical execution of campaign work across both paid and organic digital mediums such as all Frontier websites and ad platforms.
  • Co-ordination of media sets, copy and other assets critical to game marketing campaigns with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist both the Performance Marketing Manager and SEO Manager in delivering campaign work to project focused strategies.
  • Assist wider Digital Marketing team with supplier management tasks (purchase orders / supplier agreements / legal, localisation & procurement tickets), wider reporting and general administration.
  • Collaboration with multiple internal teams and stakeholders on titles in multiple genres, helping maximise the success of the wider marketing campaign.
  • Maintaining good relationships with partners when liaising with them in regards to providing or collating assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, gaming industry trends, and emerging technologies to help the team stay on top of an ever changing landscape.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing role
  • Experience working in digital environments such as website CMS platforms (Wordpress, Drupal, Magento etc), ad management platforms (Meta ads, Google Ads etc) and basic analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in an environment where things can change very quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and organisation with the ability to keep multiple plates spinning.
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
  • Previous working experience within the games industry
  • Some experience in copywriting or written content creation
  • Some experience in briefing advertising assets for platforms.
