As a Digital Marketing Executive at Fred Perry, you will support the implementation and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok. Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with our Performance Marketing Agency, you will help drive the growth of Fred Perry’s paid social, SEM and PPC channels. This role requires strong analytical abilities to track campaign performance, generate insights, and ensure that strategies align with Fred Perry’s marketing and business goals.
You will also take ownership of the creative workflow for digital campaigns, coordinating between internal teams and external partners, ensuring all assets are delivered on time for campaign execution.
Campaign Support & Optimisation:
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager and Performance Marketing Agency in the growth and optimisation of Fred Perry’s paid channels, focusing on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Analyse and monitor the performance of campaigns, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations to optimise ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
Stay informed about platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging digital trends to enhance campaign performance.
Assist in preparing weekly trade reports on the performance of Paid Search, Shopping, SEO, and Display channels, presenting these findings to internal stakeholders.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok for Business to generate detailed performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Ensure UTM tracking is consistently applied across all campaigns to accurately monitor traffic sources and campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a key liaison for day-to-day communication with the Performance Marketing Agency, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective delivery of campaign objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams, including design and copywriting, to manage the delivery of digital assets for larger campaigns and projects.
Work with our translation agency to ensure that campaigns are effectively localised across EU markets, maintaining consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Creative Workflow Management:
Manage the process of briefing creative assets to the design team and copywriters, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
Review and approve creative assets before passing them to the Performance Marketing Agency for execution, ensuring alignment with Fred Perry’s brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Work with teams to test and explore new ad formats, ensuring that creative approaches remain innovative and effective.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a similar role.
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, and Google Analytics
Experience in GA4 and UTM tracking to analyse campaign performance and attribution.
Understanding of SEM principles and management.
Creative & Analytical Thinking: A balance of creativity and data analysis, with the ability to optimise digital campaigns while ensuring alignment with Fred Perry’s brand identity.
Organisation & Prioritisation: Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and agencies.

Our core shift hours are from 10am – 4.30pm and so employees can choose to start and finish early, or start and finish late. (i.e. work 8:00am-4:30pm, or 10:00am-6:30pm etc). We also have 30-minute early finish on Fridays.
As we continue to work in a more flexible way, the Head Office acts a brand hub, where we can all connect and collaborate with one another. This role is a mix of office based (London) and remote working. We will expect the employee to come into the office regularly for face-to-face meetings and to work alongside their team on collaborative projects.
