About me
Dominique Fenn is a writer and creative consultant, celebrating culture at leading magazines and fashion brands for nearly two decades. Her work explores community and the bringing together of like-minded people through niche subcultures, music, great design and exciting moments - both digital and physical. Dominique is Editor at Fred Perry, where she oversees tone of voice and all written communication for the brand globally. During her 8-year tenure she has launched the Quaterly Newspaper, helped to launch Totally Wired Radio Station and lead the social team on activations including collaborations with Raf Simons, Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY, Art Comes First and the Amy Winehouse Foundation to name a few. Dominique has worked on many books including 100 Club Stories published by DITTO, i-D Covers book, the 100 Fashion Designers, and the first series of Designer Monographs for Vivienne Westwood, Rei Kawakubo and Yohji Yamamoto all published with Taschen and i-D. Dominique lives between the Kent coast and London. She is working on a book honouring suburban subcultures, as well as a fictional novel exploring the notion of sleep. She loves talking, (and listening) and has previously guest lectured at Nottingham Trent and Oxford Brookes, as well as hosting talks for the likes of Dash Hudson. She is available for talks, ghost writing, brand strategy, tone of voice workshops and all your copy needs. dominiquefenn.com
