POSITION: Event Assistant Manager
REPORTS TO: Events Manager & Executive Assistant to General Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team specialising in luxury brand experiences for DIOR & LVMH Beauty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unforgettable client experiences, a background in managing VIP events for both internal and external stakeholders, and expertise within the luxury sector.
Deliver Off-Counter Retailer Events:
Execute VIP (VIC) Events:
Organise Internal and External Retailer Meetings:
Support DIOR & LVMH Beauty Events:
Strong organisational and management skills.
Proven ability to problem solve and propose multiple solutions.
Self-starter attitude with an aptitude for working independently as well as collaboratively.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working calmly under pressure.
Skilful planning and execution of complex projects with many moving parts.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience in creating budgets with a track record of adhering to them.
Meticulous attention to detail coupled with thoroughness in task completion.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
