The Role
Condé Nast is looking for a talented and experienced Events Manager to join the Fashion, Luxury & Beauty events team, who deliver special projects and events across the Vogue, GQ and Glamour brands.
The Events Manager will play a key role in the events team, leading the organisation and production of a number of large-scale tentpole event projects, brand-led partnership events, and consumer event initiatives.
The successful candidate will take responsibility over the delivery of a number of event projects, and also support the wider team in the delivery of projects across the Vogue, GQ and Glamour events calendar.
What will you be doing?
  • Lead the production and organisation on a number of tentpole, brand-led, and consumer events.
  • Oversee all aspects of each event, including but not limited to, ideation, production, venue sourcing, securing required suppliers, guest lists, editorial collaboration, and content production.
  • Collaborate with Condé Nast’s editorial, communications, commercial creative, consumer revenue and talent teams to ensure all objectives of events are met.
  • Build client proposals for potential event partners.
  • Support commercial sellers in pitching event partnerships.
  • Project management of key client, events, lead day-to-day production communications with brand partners.
  • Deliver projects to clear revenue and cost targets.
  • Support with the ideation of Vogue, GQ and Glamour tentpole, brand-led, and consumer events.
