You'll be at the forefront of our innovation efforts. Leading a team of product managers, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of game-changing features that enhance customer satisfaction and drive commercial success. You'll dive deep into understanding customer needs, devising strategies, and pushing boundaries to deliver on the Sainsbury's strategy.

  • Success is about balancing the customer, the tech and the commercials, articulate a compelling vision and unite a cross-functional agile team.
  • You’re courageous and can fly the flag of agile delivery methodologies, coach the team and stakeholders to test and learn, fail fast and deliver outcomes iteratively.
