Be part of the transformation of our digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for the performance of a digital journey or product.
You'll operate at squad level, leading a cross functional team of colleagues, delivering world class products. You'll influence the experience of millions of customers.
The exact digital product or journey in scope of any of our roles will evolve over time. You’ll be assigned to a squad based upon a combination of your background, development needs, interests and the business’ needs.
We have a variety of squads that range from improving our BT and EE journeys and products, conversational commerce to delivering API’s and services.
What you’ll be doing
  • You’ll input into the mobile trading roadmap and backlog for the partner launches and trading squad, supporting on the end to end digital execution of trading offers and key partner launches.
  • You’ll provide input into prioritisation of activities for the squad(s) based upon achieving validated learning as quickly as possible and maximising customer value.
  • You’ll help understand the product performance of your squad and expected to assist it.
  • You’ll communicate clearly, transparently and concisely with stakeholders.
  • You’ll have a collaborative way of working, within, and across squads.

Analyst – data driven, consuming data and insight, utilising this to drive great customer experiences.
