Role overview
The Brand Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the team when it comes to managing and evolving Time Out Market’s brand presence across existing and upcoming locations. Based in our London office, this role will work across all brand communications including marketing campaigns, PR and social media to ensure a consistent brand message and identity.
Ensure all marketing communications, promotions, social media and PR activities in existing and upcoming Markets are in line with Time Out Market’s core brand guidelines.
Forge robust working relationships with marketing managers across Markets, offering brand expertise and guidance.
Attend all agency meetings, harmonising all tactics and activations with the brand strategy and collaborate to ensure everything we do delivers against our high brand standards.
Support the launch activities for new Markets, integrating the brand with local nuances whilst maintaining consistency.
Conduct regular brand training sessions and provide resources to teams, ensuring a consistent understanding of brand guidelines.
Drive internal brand engagement activities, ensuring that every team member is a brand ambassador.
Oversee marketing, social media and PR initiatives for existing and upcoming Markets, coordinating with Market agencies.
Direct and refine social media strategies across Markets, ensuring brand alignment and effective audience engagement.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure that impactful campaigns are being developed and executed.
Streamline communication between teams, ensuring timely execution and feedback integration.
Champion the integration of technology and digital tools in brand promotion, ensuring contemporary and efficient strategies.
Evaluate and optimise the brand's online reputation, monitoring feedback on platforms like Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and Yelp.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and brand activations across diverse geographies.
Ability to work effectively across different geographies, cultures, and teams.
Strong networking capabilities with media, PR agencies, and market stakeholders
