As Media and Events Manager you will manage the creation and execution of physical (to include print, online, instore, digital & windows)a and digital media activities across all HN channels, with the overall objectives of increased brand awareness/customer footfall, revenue generation and engagement.
Working with the wider team to oversee the ROI and consistency in delivery of all events across all departments, including Corporate, Partnerships and Personal Shopping within Knightsbridge and Partner events at regional stores.
Manage and lead the Media and Events strategy and calendar for the business working with the wider business needs.
Building partnerships and strong relationships with key brands and Events teams (individuals and agencies) working with the buying teams to grow our commercial offering.
Generating and pro-actively pitching revenue opportunities to potential partners.
Develop media and event collaborations within our families of business and beyond to develop creative and industry leading activity that supports the key business objectives.
Manage the Department Budget and oversee forecasting and year end financials.
Analyse data on all media and events to measure and increase engagement and revenue generating opportunities.
Brainstorm, create and innovate all events and media partnerships and run post evaluation reports.
Set KPIs, oversee implementation of Media and Events teams - organise weekly briefings, maintain systems for monitoring and evaluating progress.
Management of the Media and Events teams to deliver their KPIS including memorable commercially successful events and strong revenue generating partnerships.
Proven experience of organising events and partnerships in a retail environment
Previous experience of working in a management position
Significant demonstrable experience in managing projects involving internal and external parties.
Experience of successfully managing a team.
Experience of managing budgets and financials
Experience of delivering a robust Media and Events plan
Experience within a commercial or target driven environment preferable
