Devise an ‘always-on’ influencer strategy by axe to support key launches, local activities and Retailer activations to help raise Guerlain’s brand awareness, create brand love and drive increased visibility for the brand
Identify and build relationships with key influencers that enable the brand to also jump on quick tactical opportunities as well as the longer term strategic opportunities.
Liaising with the marketing & retail team to support all event & trade opportunities & create and marketing influencer strategies that work across different channels
Build strong relationships and partnerships with key retailer PR teams and work hand in hand to develop strong retailer influencer activations notably across Harrods, Selfridges, H Beauty, Liberty.
Work hand in hand with retail team, London area manager and marketing to support and execute ideas to support Covent Garden boutique including 12 months activation plan and within budget
Develop strong influencer & communication strategy to support launch of Guerlain’s Spa, enhancing strong relationships with Raffles PR team
Develop and manage successful launch of new products and build core pillar strategy from creation to execution
Develop strong relationships with global PR team to help execute & deliver UK plans
Accelerate the brand’s digital visibility across social media platforms and retailer channels and support with a monthly influencer content plan.
Collaborate with Paris team to leverage all International activations and share best-practice
Liaise with the Marketing team to develop influencer focused launch plans and support with content amplification
Work with the Marketing team on regional influencer support for local events
Liaise with the Commercial team to implement and manage retailer influencer content
Identify new partnership opportunities and develop relationships with prominent and relevant influencers and social media talents
Act as a frontline representative for the company for incoming influencer and social media related inquiries
Raise awareness and promote the brand image through UK & Ireland in line with the brand’s business objectives
Support & manage UK influencer & communication intern including developing performance, setting measurable objectives and KPI’s
Responsible for seeding of all press releases & seeding to tribe of influencers to maximise brand visibility
Act as a brand guardian; drive networks inside and outside of the beauty arena to expose the brand to the most influential endorsements
Support the Marketing Director to closely control the PR budget
Compile monthly evaluation and analysis report
Evaluate and analyse the brand’s competitors influencer activations and results
Oversee the ordering of pre-series, catalogue stock and press materials for influencers
Proven experience working either in-house or with an Agency for a luxury brand (5+ years)
Strong knowledge of current brand campaigns within the industry
Personal affinity with brand and products
Innovative and creative thinker able to develop new ways to tell the brand’s story
Proven record of successful relationships with the UK Influencers
International / Cross Functional experience an asset but not essential
Perfect written and spoken English
Excellent organisational, time-management and budget management skills
Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies in a retail business
Drive and resilience to deliver results
Mature, confident and persuasive individual who is at ease with both senior management and external stakeholders
Positive demeanour with a can-do attitude
