About the Role
We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join us to work alongside the Production Manager and Production Lead to organise, plan and ensure the efficient and smooth running of our original production across LADbible channels, including Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree, Minutes With, Honesty Box and many others. You should have proven experience coordinating shoot logistics, organising crews, risk assessments and handling production finance alongside Production Managers and Producers, and have good knowledge of post-production paperwork.
What the opportunity looks like
  • Providing direct support to the Production Management team on shoot planning, logistics, and on set support.
  • Planning shoots, booking crews and equipment and travel arrangements
  • Assist Production Manager in managing production paperwork including risk assessments, insurance documentation, call sheets etc.
  • Juggle multiple projects at any one time
  • Manage and maintain workflows and help develop new ways to ensure the production workflows are running most efficiently
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
  • Previous experience in a similar role at a junior level with knowledge of the details and logistics that go into productions and production workflow
  • Previous experience using MS Office, in particular MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Previous budgeting and cost tracking experience
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Previous experience working on set
  • Previous experience working with contributors and high profile talent.
  • Communication, organisation, administrative and time management skills, as well as great attention to detail
