The Role

This role will be part of Conde Nast Commercial Creative (CNCC) department on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced team working with all of our most iconic brands. As a Project Manager, you will be working with some of the company's biggest commercial clients on digital and print campaigns. The chosen candidate will have an excellent understanding of delivering branded content, our brands, and project management process. In order to be successful in applying for this role you must be able to demonstrate significant project management experience, a mature approach to your work, an ability to remain calm in a high-pressured environment, collaborative and team-work abilities.
What will you be doing?
  • Project Management (digital and print) of Condé Nast Britain’s branded content campaigns
  • Management of project lifecycle using various project development methodologies and tools
  • Delivery of native content and bespoke items with supporting media
  • Comfortable with analysing all aspects of performance (inc. social media etc.)
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently, these will be of varying size, some with a large number of internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with other departments within the company that may have a stake in delivery of projects
  • Detailed financial management, in particular setting budgets and forecasts and maintaining concise P&L's
  • High level of communication, interpersonal and presentation
  • Communicating to the rest of the business and clients the status of all projects when required, this may include presenting
  • Responsible for final delivery of all deliverables in a campaign
Who you are:
  • Project Management within the digital advertising, agency or publishing space
  • Print production experience
  • Full knowledge of the project lifecycle and experience of various project development methodologies
  • A strong understanding of native advertising, and how to build the suite of bespoke items Condé Nast sells
  • Comfortable with analysing all aspects of performance (social media etc.)
  • Experience of managing several projects at the same time and of various sizes, preferably in a highly pressured environment with a delivery track record
  • Understanding the various tasks that take place within a film or photo shoot and how to manage teams to ensure success
  • Experience of managing projects utilising resources from other functional departments
  • Experience of managing financial budgets (including project budgeting, monitoring financials etc).
  • Excellent communicator and confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will need to be flexible and a quick learner in order to adapt to new systems and processes, as is the nature of an evolving media industry
  • Must possess and be able to demonstrate initiative in a similar previous role
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management
  • Previous experience in CMS work – creating articles
  • Understanding of SEO – e.g. keywords, meta data, link equity
  • Experience in Google Analytics / reporting on digital campaigns
Where will you be?
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our beautiful Adelphi office, with breathtaking views over the Thames, and next to the hustle and bustle of The Strand.
