You will be focussed on the project management of the delivery of technology services (including WAN services, network services, POS terminals for Retail and Ticketing, and much more) in to the new V&A East and Storehouse sites.
You will work in a small team, and be responsible for the scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring of the time, cost and quality aspects of the project, and may be required to step in to support the creation of technical and testing documentation, operating models as well as other key artefacts.
This is a 12month FTC.
Day-to-day tasks:
Follow the Technology Programme Management project delivery approach utilising the provided tools and templates
Project plan creation and updating
Resource management including the allocation and timely delivery of tasks
Risk/issue management and escalations as needed
Budget management ensuring all costs are forecasted and planned, the project delivers in budget and museum finance processes are met (including monthly and annual forecasting)
Stakeholder management ensuring all stakeholders are aware and up to date in the delivery of the project
Maintain governance for the project
Ensure meetings, reports and escalations are structured and support the project and oversight of the project
Manage all elements of the project including the technical, testing and business change management
Take a hands on approach as needed to deliver the project
Work within and represent the Technology Department in everything that you do
