The Role

This role will be responsible for building and scaling global research and insight team programs which will include the acquisition and enablement of research and insight solutions and technology, enhancing team knowledge sharing processes and managing operational third party vendors and partner programs..
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident decision maker, proactive, excellent communicator with high attention to detail. You will need strong program management experience, be able to anticipate issues and problem solve in ambiguous situations.

The Team

The Research Program  Manager will support the delivery of operational excellence and efficiencies within the global research and insight team by ensuring the team has best in class processes and access to innovative research and insight solutions.
What will you be doing?
  • Manage initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and increase level of support for key stakeholders that include sales, consumer revenue, corporate strategy and editorial teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define internal processes and guidelines for accessing research and insight resources whilst creating documentation and best practices.
  • Managing expectations by creating roadmaps, milestones and providing regular communication to team mates and stakeholders
  • Enablement of internal self service research and insight solutions for key stakeholder teams
  • Management of third party vendors and partners and development of process that allows the team to effectively outsource workload to third parties
  • Evaluation and enablement of new partners and technologies that can improve team delivery with a particular focus on GenAI based products
  • Management of knowledge sharing programs that include company showcase events and knowledge sharing platforms

  • Ability to manage programs and develop processes within a global team and be flexible with the timezones
  • Ability to collaborate and negotiate with colleagues and third party vendors to find solutions to practical problems
  • Ability to maintain and work with highly confidential information
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong desire for personal and professional growth
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment in transformation
  • Previous experience of working in a research, insight or data team is desirable
Where will you be?
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our beautiful Adelphi office, with breathtaking views over the Thames, and next to the hustle and bustle of The Strand.
