We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager, Beauty to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the UK Head of Industry for Fashion, Luxury & Beauty, we are looking for an effective, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join the commercial department within Condé Nast. You will be part of a fast paced, busy team, working across all commercial elements within the Condé Nast portfolio.
Applicants require significant experience in commercial sales as you'll be responsible for your own client allocation and will be selling display advertising and bespoke content across our print, digital, and social channels for the full CN portfolio of brands and selling brand events. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and negotiator and should have a proven track record of working directly with both clients and media agencies at a senior level. In addition to media sales experience, we expect applicants to have an excellent knowledge of the beauty industry, publishing landscape and a sound understanding of all Condé Nast brands.

We are looking for a self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running and is keen to embrace the many facets of this role - whether it be building and developing relationships with existing commercial partners; approaching new business prospects to sell proactively; liaising with the relevant editorial team members to keep track of coverage; or developing a strategy to ensure continued growth across display and partnerships.

Who you are:
  • You will have an integral understanding of and experience in advertising sales -including digital (web, social & video) and print media
  • An established network of media contacts
  • A passion for Condé Nast brands
  • A lateral and creative thinker, with a passion for delivering bespoke concepts to meet a client’s needs
  • Highly numerate, with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal communication and organisation skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a proactive, agile attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise assignments and meet deadline
  • Ability to work efficiently in an extremely busy environment
What will you be doing?
  • Managing new business relationships with clients and media agencies at a senior level
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing business relationships
  • Selling advertising and partnerships across print, online, social and events
  • Seeking out and converting new business opportunities
  • Representing CN at industry events.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
Where will you be?
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our beautiful Adelphi office, with breathtaking views over the Thames, and next to the hustle and bustle of The  Strand.
