What will you be doing?
Condé Nast is seeking a Programmatic Marketplace Senior Account Manager to collaborate and partner with the Sales, Research, Campaign Management and Digital Media teams to help grow the programmatic performance and revenues with our Advertising partners across Western European markets.
As a Programmatic Senior Manager, you will be a key team member, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client. Working closely with Sales you will partner to develop, execute and manage complex programmatic deals driving revenue growth in the programmatic landscape. You’ll have a strong understanding of the programmatic marketplace and your client's goals, using your analytical skills to guide future strategies with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the growth of revenue and the strategic development of Condé Nast's Programmatic Marketplace across Europe.
  • Partner with investment, planning,  programmatic strategy and trading desks across UK agencies and clients to develop strategies that help grow revenue and build agency and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with key Condé Nast stakeholders to communicate client initiatives and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on RFP strategy and responses.
  • Research agencies and clients to identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive programmatic growth.
  • Act as a Programmatic consultant both internally and externally, guiding clients and agencies on capabilities and best practices to strengthen and grow business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with category managers to track progress, address potential risks and implement solutions.
  • Maintain a deep foundational understanding of our ad products and capabilities (i.e. data, video, social, new products, etc). Partner with related teams (Marketing, Yield/Inventory and Platform Strategy) in all pre-sale efforts.
  • Partner with Inventory to assess risk and ensure we deliver in full on contracted goals and optimise client KPIs.
  • Engage in regular business reviews and adopt a consultative, long-term approach to foster strong relationships with agencies and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Global Programmatic Account Management team on best practices, daily reporting and identifying opportunities.
  • Assist and collaborate with the sales team on pre-sale pitch materials. Identify opportunities for upselling with trading desks.
Who you are:
  • Significant industry experience in advertising sales and/or agency Trading desk/ programmatic planning/strategy.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in an ad technology or programmatic specific role;  hands on familiarity with DSPs, SSPs is required.
  • Ad Serving software and tracking knowledge is advantageous.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external clients.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and solutions-driven team player.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and creative abilities.
