Job Purpose
As Senior Marketing Manager at AllBright, you will play a pivotal role in driving member growth, engagement, and retention through the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will ensure seamless integration and alignment of all B2B and B2C channels towards company objectives. Your role encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities, including but not limited to promoting events of various sizes, generating B2B leads, overseeing paid media, email, CRM, social media, and content strategies.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in coordinating multiple projects across marketing channels, ensuring their timely execution and cost-effective delivery, all while maintaining a steadfast focus on company goals and priorities.
Outline of Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Memberships team to align strategies and initiatives with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Execute marketing strategies to support member growth, engagement, and retention across AllBright's physical and digital spaces.
  • Lead evidence-based marketing campaigns to achieve revenue and brand equity targets, including audience identification and content planning.
  • Continuously analyse marketing performance metrics, lead quality, and conversion rates for ongoing improvement.
  • Promote events from intimate forums to larger-scale summits, ensuring maximum attendance, strong engagement, and clear follow-up.
  • Generate B2B leads through targeted campaigns and high-value content strategies.
  • Collaborate on the strategic direction of various marketing channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Work closely with the Programming team to support the development of event strategies to enhance member experience and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Learning & Experience team to support product releases and community engagement.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Develop and deliver partnerships and ambassador schemes for the benefit of the AllBright brand.
  • Share audience insights and guidance with relevant teams to inspire creative content.
General Responsibilities:
  • Line manage 1-3 direct reports, offering guidance and support to foster their professional growth and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by management.
  • Adhere to company practices and procedures.
  • Ensure good communication with all colleagues and supervisors.
Person Specification:
  • 4+ years marketing experience at management level
  • Both B2B and B2C marketing experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in membership and/or Learning and Development (L&D) marketing would be highly desirable
  • Strong experience across marketing channels including paid media and email
  • Highly data driven, familiar using insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders on multiple projects
  • Skilled in financial analysis, budget management, and strategic recommendation based on finance priorities
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with third-party vendors (PR, photography, influencers, etc.)
  • Eye for detail and ability to thrive in busy circumstances
  • Strong project management experience
  • Line management experience and positive leadership style
  • Ambitious with high levels of drive and energy
  • Willing to ‘roll up sleeves’ and get involved when required
