  • Ensure that event programming is purposeful and aligns with the needs and preferences of our audience, leveraging insights to make speakers and talent work in service of our objectives.

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Experience (L&E) team to identify and develop thematic content for the AllBright Academy (programmes and workshops), ensuring alignment with overall event strategies and organisational goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and future trends, ensuring events remain interesting for members and relevant to AllBright’s key "content pillars."
  • Stay on top of media, business, and PR trends to effectively secure talent, including collaborating with talent agencies to engage high-profile guest speakers.
  • Utilise the existing AllBright network, personal contacts, and networking skills to build and strategically develop the programming calendar for member events, ensuring alignment with member preferences.
  • Develop B2B themes for sales events, in collaboration with the Commercial team, with a focus on attracting high-quality attendees and fostering meaningful connections and partnerships.
  • Manage and oversee the programme development and execution of larger, key "tentpole" events, including AllBright’s International Women’s Day Step Forward Summit.
  • Produce clear budgets for all events, outlining all expenditures incurred, including detailed budgets for large-scale events.
  • Strategically integrate event programming initiatives across all facets of the business, focusing on aspects such as member retention, engagement enhancement, acquisition strategies, and mitigating churning risks.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure our live programming and always-on content feel interconnected, collaborating with the Learning and Experience team to align virtual experiences with in-person events.
General Responsibilities:
  • Provide line management and demonstrate positive leadership to 2 direct reports, offering guidance and support to foster their professional growth and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by management.
  • Adhere to company practices and procedures.
