We’re looking for a Senior Retoucher to join our talented team, adding experience and depth to our already established line up.
You should possess a strong understanding of the latest Creative Suite You need to be staying informed about emerging trends and actively driving innovation within the Retouch/CGI department.
We work across multiple clients from the Iris portfolio, most notably Adidas, Samsung, Brita Alcon, Suzuki, Samsonite, Nectar, Jack Daniels. We cover sports, fashion, automotive, product, and lifestyle imagery in every sector of advertising. The main Adidas work is across the Terrex Range for extreme sports along with other category work. Samsung is across all Phone, Tablet, Computer and Wearables categories.
Our team also have an added CGI depth which is utilised across various clients and forms part of our offering.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Retoucher will be to:
Manage projects and suggest improvements, adding value from the brief through to the execution and delivery
Lead campaigns and collaborate with the team on bigger projects
Work across the network supporting our offices in the U.S, Europe and Asia

Someone with a high level of creative & technical retouching skills
Ability to perform flawless and high level of retouching, including retouch composition work, clean up, enhancement, masking and colour grading of photography across the range of clients at Iris
Experience working towards daily targets, deadlines and managing delivery
Natural and effective collaborator, working closely with Photographers, Creatives and Producers running the project
Someone with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Organised retoucher able to lead projects, whilst planning and managing time, and meet deadlines.
