The V&A is recruiting for an Early Careers Advisor within the People and Change department.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ambitious strategic plan and create new talent pathways to the V&A. The successful applicant would own and develop a flagship Early Careers People strategy to deliver high quality and impactful Early Careers opportunities across all V&A sites, including two new visitor venues opening in East London in 2025.
The role also focuses on growing our Apprenticeship, Work Experience and Internship opportunities, alongside design and delivery of internal learning programmes such as Induction and an Early Careers Curatorial Programme.
