Join our dynamic team as Visual Merchandising & Showroom Assistant Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional brand experiences through stunning and innovative visuals in all the UK/Danish Retail and Wholesale locations. If successful in this role you will work closely on the wholesale side of the business, to ensure we deliver exceptional after sales support across all locations.

The Role
  • Work closely with the VM Manager to ensure that visual merchandising in the UK and Danish retail/wholesale locations comply with the company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the UK/Danish VM and sales team members and brand specialists. Leading, organising and delivering seasonal training.
  • Assist the VM Manager to create and run the monthly VM schedule for the wholesale side of the business and communicate this to wholesale accounts and the wider business when needed. 
  • Ensure retail shops and wholesale partners have complementary and supporting visual merchandising aids.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the UK wholesale team and wholesale partners to ensure that the visual merchandising is commercial and relevant to the local demographic.
  • Assist the VM Manager with all new retail/wholesale shop openings/pop ups, refits, wholesale windows and general maintenance of department stores.
  • Ensure that the visual merchandising archive is updated weekly with images of all the shops visited by the team. 
  • Work with the wholesale Buyers & Merchandisers to ensure that all key products are displayed at the right time and commercially. 
  • Lead the organisation, preparation and completion of all matters relating to the London showrooms. Including seasonal selling set up & VIC, press days, and any other ad hoc or special events. 
  • Oversee the sourcing of components for the showrooms. Liaise with suppliers and contractors concerning deliveries, fixturing, painting and installations relating to the London showroom.
Your Skills and Experience 
  • Experience of working within visual merchandising in the Retail industry.
  • Able to work a global marketing plan and with seasonal buys.
  • Knowledge of executing VM to an exceptional standard.
  • Proficient in curating furniture, artwork, and decorative objects
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good work and excel skills.
