Honey was asked to define and produce workbooks that would guide their clients through the innovation and branding process. The step-by-step workbooks give Bord Bia a consistent approach on how to tackle the subjects and the clients get an easy to understand and simple process to follow.

The Brief
Our brief was to formalise, standardise and bring to life Bord Bia branding, innovation and insight tools in the form of two workbooks, that can be used across the Irish Food and Drink industry as the gold standard and essential way of working in the future.

The Insight
Small to medium food and drink manufacturers in Ireland often do not have the skill, budget or time to invest in doing the right groundwork, test ideas with consumers and maintenance work to grow a successful brand.

Following a simple process for both branding and innovation will minimise the risk associated with launching a brand or new product idea and ensures that your brand remains relevant in consumer’s eyes.

The solution
Simple and inspiring workbooks that gives small to medium companies the tools and guidance to create a powerful brand that will resonate with consumers, keep their brands fresh by innovating and ultimately be more successful in their respective market place.
