To launch the BRiM framework, a guide to improve Black representation in marketing, we created a campaign that dramatised and channeled Black frustration into action.
Ads were disruptive and disrupted online, in print and out-of-home - buffering wheels and print errors demonstrated that marketing doesn't work when it doesn't work with diverse talent.
