To launch the BRiM framework, a guide to improve Black representation in marketing, we created a campaign that dramatised and channeled Black frustration into action.

Ads were disruptive and disrupted online, in print and out-of-home - buffering wheels and print errors demonstrated that marketing doesn't work when it doesn't work with diverse talent.

What is BRiM?

BRiM is a cross-industry initiative backed by the Ad Association, powered by some of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies, members of the Black community, and diversity, equity and inclusion experts.
