Having made several key hires for this brand in Retail Operations, we were asked to find a Flagship Store Manager with experience specific to Mayfair and expertise in clienteling. Our search led us to a local candidate with 10+ years experience and a career track record in consistently exceeding sales and profit goals as both Store or Flagship Store Manager for solo or multiple sites. His repertoire includes exemplary knowledge of local markets, clienteling expertise, training, motivation and evaluation of staff to ensure a first class service and customer satisfaction. Interestingly, the CEO at the time was unsure if he was a brand fit however the Head of Retail and Group CEO were convinced and he was hired.
