On March 14th, we launched the exclusive Melissa / FILA collab at Melissa Galeria London. The collaboration embraces the codes of streetwear - with four limited edition shoes and a bum-bag in their iconic tri-colour Combining casual with classic, the Melissa / FILA collab makes a statement about individuality, power and style. Protein produced the launch event as part of our ongoing community partnership with Melissa shoes to support young creatives in London. The Melissa Galeria London was transformed into an immersive branded exhibition with campaign imagery, signage, animated logos and statement vinyls - with the focal point being the specially created ‘foam pit’ installation where guests could drop into. The guests were also treated with an exclusive live performance by the jazz singer Charlotte Dos Santos, along with DJ set from Rahel Stephanie from the London based DJ duo Highway 2 Heartbreak. Charlotte Dos Santos is a Norwegian/ Brazilian jazz singer based in London and Oslo. Her name is big within jazz in both Scandinavia and USA, and her popularity continues to grow in the UK. In 2018 she released her debut solo album called “Cleo” and in the April issue of Elle UK, Charlotte was included in their list of top twenty musicians.
