Moving Platforms was conceived to challenge the status quo. All around the world, billions are being invested in building new high speed rail networks. But, whilst the technology and design of the trains has evolved significantly, the infrastructure that supports them has not changed for over 200 years.
Moving Platforms was designed as a new infrastructure network that would work with, not against, new high speed rail technology, enable trains to run faster and more efficiently and allow passengers to travel from their local stop to a local address at their destination – even in another country – without getting off a train.
