NearU x BBC Click
We were featured on BBC Click in June 2021 - in this clip you'll get to see our app in action, plus one of our great spaces at VWorks in Portsmouth. Please note: at the time of recording the company was called Narau, though we have since rebranded to NearU.
In the following video you'll see presenter, Spencer Kelly, booking a desk at his closest space (VWorks in Portsmouth) using the NearU app. He then spoke to founder, Daniel Murray, about his inspiration for the app and the importance of supplying a diverse range of workspaces to suit an ever-changing workforce.
Spencer also caught up with one of our users, Cherelle Khassal, who runs her own Digital Marketing firm (Empire Digital). Here is what she had to say about us:
“It’s changed us massively, because we go to London quite a bit, or Birmingham, and we always cram into a Starbucks or a Nando’s - being in a small coffee shop signing an NDA is just not doable. So just to be able to jump on the app and book a working space is brilliant for us.”
