Stuck in a contract even Houdini couldn’t get out of? Smarty’s campaign, designed and directed by Pencil Bandit, pokes fun at how over-complicated and confusing contracts can be. The films feature unique characters, developed by Pencil Bandit, to convey the polarization between SMARTY’s ‘no nonsense’ approach and the complex, jargon-filled methods of other mobile network providers.
