Pitching to rebrand the BBC 1Xtra live platform, Mother London needed a deeper understanding of what live music means to young people in the UK. Challenged to ideate and execute a creative workshop, ON ROAD worked closely with the Mother London team to create a holistic insight experience across three rooms.


Not only did Mother London win the pitch, but the successful campaign helped usher in a new era for the 1Xtra Live platform. Channelling insights taken directly from our creative workshops, Mother London executed a powerful new creative approach for the brand that spoke directly to young music lovers across the UK.
