This included supporting and mentoring other designers to ensure that each piece of design pushed creative boundaries to deliver work to the highest design standards for a roster of clients. • Creatively led and oversaw the facilitation, development and execution of hackajob's rebranding in conjunction with several design agencies to ensure a smooth brand launch, both internally and externally. • Advised and supported the marketing team with the digital storytelling and wider design on branded content for over 90+ clients, ensuring content was delivered on time and to the highest standards. • Acted and served as hackajob's brand guardian, championing consistency across all design output and improving understanding of the hackajob brand, particularly across marketing campaigns and solutions.
