I have experience leading a team of up to 15 people, my role as a team leader required personability and efficient communication skills. - Amber Holt-Manville Fashion Film - The Art of PositivityThis was a university project in which we had to create a fashion film, I created a fashion film that replicated different famous art work. First, I used Gustav Klimt's 'The Kiss' for inspiration, followed by Frida Kahlo's renowned painting 'The Frame'. Last of all I used Roy Lichtenstein's famous piece 'The Car'. It utilised many different skills within this project such as videography, editing, styling, directing, set design, set construction, set building, painting and drawing.
- Boardies CompetitionThis was a competition looking to asses my creativity, style and professionalism as a graphic/print designer, they were looking at my approach the brief, how I generate ideas and execute into commercially viable products. I had to design repeat pattern prints for Boardies swim shorts using a colour palette of my choice. There were 3 themes to choose from which were Ocean life, Tropical vibes, Geometric shapes. We were told that much less woman participate is sports from the olympics right down to playing for school teams. The brief stated that we must pick a sport and city of our choice and develop a product or a service that would make young woman and girls more engaged with the sport.
