I am an experience designer by practice and an Architect by training.
At heart, I am a problem solver.
The core of my work consists in understanding people and what makes them tick in different
contexts. I strive to untangle problems and reframe them to unlock value for both users
and businesses. I’m passionate about bringing a hybrid design thinking approach to my work
across physical and digital experiences.

- Echo app - Improving a time banking experience through a new app that will give flexibility and convenience to its usersContext ECHO is a time bank platform where members buy and sell their skills, services and resources they have for those that they need, using a currency called Echoes. The platform has a steady flow of new members joining, new listings being added and a loyal core of repeat users who regularly visit the platform and trade Echoes. - Melbourne Airport T2 Expansion - Designing an enjoyable and efficient experience in the new terminal dwelling areaContext Melbourne airport is set to grow from 37 million travellers to 70 million by 2039. Freestate was appointed to design the airside experience for the dwelling area of the expansion of the international terminal T2 to ensure journeys are efficient, usable and delightful. Challenge How can Melbourne Airport accommodate increased traffic to deliver improved revenue and reputation while delivering a world class customer experience? - Biotiful Plan- Evolving a meal planning service to better fit with customer behaviours and attract new audiences.Biotiful Plan (BP) is a plant based, batch cooking meal planning subscription service. Its design is anchored in a web based, weekly food preparation method, creating a rigid one size fits all product experience. Despite initial success, the business struggled to retain customers and attract a wider customer base.
