Context ECHO is a time bank platform where members buy and sell their skills, services and resources they have for those that they need, using a currency called Echoes. The platform has a steady flow of new members joining, new listings being added and a loyal core of repeat users who regularly visit the platform and trade Echoes. However more than 50% of the online traffic comes from mobile. Echo wanted to reimagine it’s service as mobile first experience to reduce user friction grow its community. Challenge How could Echo create a mobile first experience to grow its community beyond its inner circle and reach a wider audience? My Role Product designer.
