Hello! I'm Bob, an integrated Creative and Art Director.
I’m passionate about ideas and so far I’ve won around 50 awards including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Campaign and DMA.
As a freelance creative I have had the pleasure of working at some great agencies including M&C Saatchi, Lida, Ogilvy, Maverick, Pernod Ricard, Hogarth and Our Design Agency on everything from pitches to creating campaigns to working directly with clients on accounts such as O2, BNY Mellon, Costa, Alcoholic Drinks Brands, Post Office, Boots and Mind Charity.
Before freelance, I worked at some of the UK’s most respected agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy Wunderman and JWT, working on accounts such as BT, EE, Shell, Amex, Ladbrokes, Peugeot, Toyota, St. Mungo’s, Smile Train and BlackRock.
I’m creative 24/7, so I spend a chunk of my free time working on art and writing projects.
I also work with an excellent award winning copywriter.
Projects
- Mind Charity & EFL Social CampaignFor Mind's latest mental health campaign with the EFL the aim was to urge football fans to be there for their mates and their mental health. To help encourage them to be up front about having their mate's back, we came up with the simple visual idea of wearing a footy shirt backwards to show your support, with the hashtag #haveyourmatesback
- St Mungos Begging Cards AmbientThe begging cards were produced for the cost of a sharpie and bits of cardboard and left next to cash point machines. With a simple message and outtake - St Mungo's help homeless people by providing them with what they need most - skills and education. Street collector's accepted donations close by.
- O2 Welcome ECRMThere's plenty for a new O2 customer to discover, which means that there's a plethora of communications heading their way during the opening months. So, we gave them a clean, dynamic, unifying visual identity that communicates the energy and excitement that customers experience while exploring the world of O2 – all set against a variety of iconic British landscapes. Thanks to Ben Golik at Lida for his masterly guidance and input.

- The Uninvisible FriendI created a series of illustrations for a multi-channel campaign to raise awareness about Retinoblastoma for the charity CHECT. The campaign was spearheaded by Wunderman and launched in London. A lovely project for a great cause and I hope it has a positive effect in raising awareness about the disease. The interactive mini-site can be found at chect.org.uk/uninvisiblefriend. The campaign was featured on The Drum and Campaign Live.
