  • Communication with talent prior to live radio broadcast or pre-recorded show. Management of equipment and Tech Spec. Liaise with Scheduling dept. to make sure the shows are locked in - Scheduling of live or pre-recorded radio and video content. Lead the production team in production of live or pre-recorded show ie. mic levels, general sound levels and any special requirements. Assist and support talent whilst delivering shows. Edit shows to completion using Adobe Audition software and upload to online platforms Soundcloud and Rinse website run by Wordpress. Daily upkeeping of Myriad (pre-recorded shows, adverts , new playlist additions, interview beds + talent selections). Update advertising schedule weekly and distribute to radio team. Ensure correct preparation of pre-recorded shows ready for TX. Deliver listenback links to talent after show. Oversee Podcast/Listenback formatting and ensure correct and uniform titling. Responsible for talent in the building. Capturing and posting content for socials. Liaise and communicate with all guests and talent in the space. Management of radio studios + office. Operation of technical systems around playout, recording and transmission. On hand tech support to talent. Show planning and content creation for flagship shows. Editing of bespoke audio content. Technical support. Liaise with social media team to carry out social media whilst operation of live shows. Upkeep of archiving systems, Google Drive + Gmail.
