A self-motivated, highly organised & meticulous marketing professional with strong project management skills and an impeccable attention to detail. Over 8 years’ experience within the Marketing industry across the brand, music, youth culture and entertainment space.
Extensive experience across an array of marketing practices including social, content creation, influencer strategy, brand & talent partnership and experiential, with a focus on driving brand awareness and increasing affinity whilst also tapping into new audiences.
A real thirst for supporting and empowering those shaping the youth cultural landscape and highly skilled in forming and building long-standing and transparent relationships. I am both a creative & strategic thinker with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, talent, management teams & colleagues which I believe is imperative in building trust, confidence and a secure foundation in which ultimately achieves better ways of working. I enjoy collaborative working environments as well as being able to work autonomously across multiple projects, consistently exceeding KPI’s and working in tandem with deadlines.
My passion lies in delivering creative excellence through thoughtful planning, imaginative ideation, authentic storytelling & highly crafted execution, placing brands and talent at the forefront of setting cultural trends & credibly connecting with their audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working as a hybrid Senior Account / Project Manager – delivering on account management responsibilities as well as leading on influencer / talent consultancy & management across agency and developing upfront creative & content strategies for both social media and experiential-led activations to deliver credible cultural positioning marketing campaigns
- Managing client relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests
- Leading client accounts within the agency, with overall responsibility for developing the client agency relationship
- Managing multiple projects, internal teams and clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring excellence in delivery from brief response through to project completion
- Responsible for timely delivery and accuracy of all client facing documents – i.e. campaign timelines & plans, scope of work documents, contact reports, status reports and brief response documents

- Pioneering, developing & executing a year-long benchmark-setting programme in reactive cultural influencer & talent marketing for PUMA, solely to drive awareness of key product drops amongst a hard to reach audience. Exceeded KPIs by 130% (products seeded to influencers / talent), 196% (total pieces of coverage), 340% (impressions) and 225% (engagements)
- Leading on the curation, planning and delivery of a first of its kind grassroots female influencer marketing campaign for PUMA which ran for a year and heavily contributed to the expansion of the PUMA business for the agency
