Within this role, I was responsible for managing repairs contracts on behalf of housing association Tower Hamlets Homes. As part of this role, I also responded to complaints and members enquiries that came directly from local borough Councillors and the Mayor's office. Often I was the first point of call at a time of crisis where public communication was required or when liaising with multiple teams and contractors was essential in order to find solutions.
I managed projects from ideation to completion and refine the clients brief to strategically support their business objectives. I manage the coordination of both internal and external specialists and ensure quality control, project progression as well as maintain transparent client relationship management. I isolate target audiences and focus on the challenge my client is trying to overcome in order to impliment a creative solution that they may not have even considered. I utilise UX practitioners, production teams, animators and writers, there isn't an angle that I won't consider to enhance and over deliver on a brief. Concept development with clients, informing and advising them of the marketing value each medium holds and what impact they can expect from it. The planning of production, budgeting and scheduling is also my responsibility, as I see the project to delivery.
