Over the past 14 years, I’ve touched every aspect of design and delivered hundreds of projects, ranging from large scale web platforms, service design and digital experiential, right the way through to strategically lead brand creation. The past 5 years I’ve been a member of the founding leadership team that started Mr. President. In 5 years, we grew a globally recognised awarding winning creative shop. As Head of Design I built and oversaw a creative & design department, delivering projects for household names to disruptive start-ups; ranging from global advertising campaigns, digital experiences, digital products to branding & brand implementation. I’m incredibly proud of all the work, achievements and accolades but most of all; I’m proud of the agency, ways of working & culture we built.
During my final role at Dare as Design Lead, I was responsible for the agency’s work for EE, which included re-designing the customer experience on ee.co.uk, during their launch in the UK. A year long, £10 million digital transformation project, which saw huge challenges in combining both the Orange and T-Mobile UX eco-systems. My team was responsible for the design of the overall digital customer experiences spanning online, app, instore as well as a host of innovative customer-facing and B2B services.
