Freelance graphic designer with special passion for brand identity, logo design, packaging, typography and vector illustration. Currently based in Amsterdam where I work remotely for clients from across countries and industries, ranging from start-ups to medium-sized companies, personal projects and collaborations. Projects involve: corporate identity, logo design, visual content, marketing materials, packaging design for Spar Supermarket Spain, event branding, vector illustration and working with brandbooks. I also collaborated with a multi-disciplinary team in partnership with Antenna International, the world's leader in mobile development for museums, participating in the UI design for mobile apps such as Guggenheim Abu Dhabi ‘Seeing through light', Tate Modern Main Tour and National Gallery from London.
Working closely with the art director and other team members, my main responsibility was to re-design the entire product line of Spar Supermarket (Spain & Portugal). My role involved conceptualizing, designing and implementing solutions for a wide variety of packaging, providing them with a fresh new image, which has successfully improved their reputation and increased their client's revenue and sales.
Reporting to directors and working closely with the Production Department, I was responsible for the design of marketing communications for clients such as Honda and Sage Spain, and healthcare communications. I also trained junior graphic designers.
Responsible for the creation of collateral designs for a major Spanish sport event. I also designed a calendar for Nestlé to commemorate their 100 years in Spain, L'Illa d'Art art catalogue, and other fashion catalogues assisting to photo shoots and managing the production process through all the key stages ensuring each project was delivered to the highest standard.
During this stage I developed and broaden my editorial design and printing process skills. As a member of the editorial's Project Department for their three (weekly and fortnightly) magazines, I was responsible for the creation and layout of special issues, print ads and promotional gifts such as notebooks and agendas. Commissioned illustrators and managed the production of all projects from design to completion.
Here I advanced my skills in managing projects from brief to print-ready artwork, liaising with clients, external suppliers and successfully meeting tight deadlines. Working closely with art directors and creative directors, accountants and production managers to deliver high standard finished projects. I learnt photo retouching and to create accurate artwork. I also trained junior designers.
Working closely with art directors, key accountants and the production department, I was responsible for the design of high-end tourism campaigns for teenagers, jewelry catalogues, corporate identity, packaging and ads for local newspapers. Managing projects from brief to print-ready artwork, liaising with clients and external suppliers to deliver high standard finished projects, and successfully meeting tight deadlines.

During this stage I learned to manipulate print ready artwork before the digital era, gaining experience in off-set print process. I also was trained in screen printing applied to stickers, posters, T-shirts and merchandising.
