Twelve Arts is a cultural agency, producing art projects that have a positive social and environmental impact on people and places. I was involved in the research and development of 2 projects, one London based and one Manchester based, sourcing artists and photographers for our clients.
Developing Vision Nine's interaction with the Marcato software to optimise our festivals' performance and utilise all aspects of the centralised logistical software. Putting together and executing a detailed plan for 2018's accreditation strategy and fine-tuning all channels that feed into this. Reviewing the recent festival season and implementing discussions on future improvements on systems throughout the festival such as Accessibility, Sustainability, Programming, Recruitment and Accommodation to name a few.
Managing Accreditation pre, post and onsite across all Vision Nine Festivals using the Marcato software. Vision Nine is a pioneer in developing events and festivals which have significant global appeal. We have had strong success in marrying lifestyle passions with live event experiences. By doing so we have created live platforms with national and international growth potential. Our events include Boardmasters Festival, NASS Festival and Masked Ball.

Verve (fka Street Team fka The Physical Network and We-Represent) is a fan engagement platform with the largest and fastest growing network of 16 - 24 year olds in the UK. The network acts as a 21st century sales and marketing force for music festivals, holiday companies and consumer brands. I ran the campaigns for Leeds, Isle Of Wight, Benicassim, Lovebox, Festival No.6, EDC UK, Truck and BSTK Festival. -Generated £1.6 million for a single client, Live Nation, during the 2016 festival season. -Sold 11,661 tickets over the 8 festival campaigns and fulfilled all ticket sales using various different ticketing agents such as Ticketmaster, Eventbrite and our own e-tickets. - Managed a network of over 9,000 promoters and their accounts, selling tickets to 8 different festivals. - Ran the customer service telephone and email channels for all 30 festival campaigns- doing this alongside my campaigns, forcing me to efficiently deal with a high volume of customers whilst simultaneously remaining calm and working on my original projects. -Attended our events to ensure smooth entry of all customers and dealing with any customer enquiries onsite.

I interned with Kingdom Collective, who curate the Beat Hotel area at Glastonbury Festival, are responsible for the Red Bull Music Academy PR and organise their own festival called Land Of Kings. I primarily worked on Glastonbury and RBMA.
