I help studios, production companies, agencies and all sorts of clients, big or small, to solve creative and visual problems.
I have strong affinities with projects around social and environmental issues, so if you are involved in any field that tries to make the world a better place, I already want to hear about what you do!
I always try to approach animations with conceptual illustrations, intelligent metaphors, or put it simply, by suggesting things rather than visually assaulting someone!
Projects
- Penal Reform International - Mandela RulesPenal Reform International was looking to create an animation about the Nelson Mandela Rules, to explain what they are and how they will change conditions for prisoners, and prison management. Tasked to come up with the visual direction, I used a lot of metaphors, playing with positive and negative space, to suggest different scenarios around prisoners treatment. The use of colours strokes along the animation represents all the positive aspect that the Nelson Mandela Rules have put in place over
- PepsiCo - Food for Good InitiativeIn the US, one in five children struggles with hunger, because of a lack of access to affordable nutritious food. Some employees at Pepsico decided to start the Food for Good Initiative, to increase access to nutritious food for US families in need. This animation was commissioned to introduce this initiative and its mission. The overall idea was to show the link between children's imagination, creativity and nutritious food that is necessary to fuels their dreams.
