- Management of upcoming events: Liaise with third parties re: exhibitions and events, with respect to display, catering, signage and other event needs. - Manage online marketing campaigns. - Devise annual marketing plans and working to agreed budgets: print and online marketing. - Undertake client and company research for business development. - Working with the auction departments to plan their exhibitions. - Assist the PR company in sourcing information for stories, press releases and social media. - Liaise with the media buyer and other external media suppliers to evaluate new media channels. Supply media buyer with relevant material for advertising. - Work with in-house designers to to design and coordinate marketing material. - Carry out company research for targeting new and existing clients.
- Managing exhibition openings, VIP events and additional gallery hosted events. - Managing the exhibition layout and installation of shows. - Establishing and managing relationships with key clients and external suppliers. - Managing strategy and creating content for the galleries online media channels including social media. - Creating content for and coordinating the website.
- Establishing and managing brand partnerships between Bowerbank Ninow and relevant luxury brands. - Procuring advertising partners for each auction catalogue. - Liaising with PR and media contacts to secure brand exposure. - Assisting in the production of the auction catalogue, including proofreading, editing and the design layout. - Event planning and coordination of events, such as exhibition openings, special events, auction previews and auction night.
